Dawsongroup tcs, was a proud sponsor of the Cheese and Dairy Expo 2024. Europe’s largest cheese and dairy expo, the international event is the one-stop-event for everything dairy. This event brings together producers, retailers, logistics and service providers, packaging experts, and quality controllers from around the world to celebrate the industry. An important event for networking, exhibiting, and the home of the International Cheese and Dairy Awards, you could say this sponsorship was a great opportunity.

A vital part of running this event is maintaining a consistent temperature. To help maintain reliable temperature, Dawsongroup tcs donated three state-of-the-art Temp°store 26’s to the expo. Manufactured in-house by the team at Dawsongroup Tectoniks, these exceptional, inflatable solutions are designed to bring flexibility and reliability to space and movement. For the Cheese and Dairy Expo, they offered a space to display soft cheeses for judging. As a stand-alone solution that can hold a consistent temperature of 10°C, the Temp°store enabled the organisers to display the soft cheese for longer increments of time without compromising the hard cheese’s quality.

“The equipment is working very well,” said Chris Allen, the General Manager for tectoniks. “People running the stalls are stopping by, reading about our solutions, and taking an interest in our big banner displayed across the awards hall corridor. It’s been a brilliant opportunity to network and talk about the brand name. It’s not just the cheese industry here either, we’ve spoken to people working in the meat industry and other parts of food and beverage. It’s been a great networking experience.”

Dawsongroup pcc, a tcs subsidiary, also helped ensure the cheese samples’ quality and kept visitors comfortable. Over the past decade, the Expo has used the same provider for their process cooling solutions, however, this year they turned to Dawsongroup pcc instead. The Cheese and Dairy Expo organisers hired two independent cooling systems, incorporating some of our popular floor-standing fan coils, and air-cooled heat pumps to keep the awards hall cool and the products fresh (these systems can also be used on heating as well as cooling applications).
