Dawsongroup completes acquisition of Dan Ryan Truck Rental

Dawsongroup today confirms the completion of its acquisition of Dan Ryan Truck Rental following the successful conclusion of all regulatory approval processes.

The completion of the transaction formally brings Ireland’s longest-established truck and van rental and leasing provider into Dawsongroup, marking the beginning of a new phase for both businesses.

Announced earlier this year, the acquisition combines two established organisations with deep roots in the commercial vehicle sector and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality service and long-term customer support.

Dan Ryan Truck Rental will continue to operate under its established brand and leadership team, building on more than 50 years of experience serving customers across Ireland.
