Dawsongroup Announces Leadership Transition
Dawsongroup today announces the appointment of Malcolm Wilson as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Group. He is replacing Stephen Miller, who will be retiring from his role as CEO and moving into the role of Non-Executive Chairman of the Group.
Malcolm Wilson brings extensive experience in the global logistics and supply chain sector, having held senior leadership roles across Europe, North America, and Asia. Most recently, Malcolm served as CEO of GXO Logistics, where he led the company’s successful spin-off and expansion into a Fortune 500 NYSE-listed company. Malcolm has also held leadership positions at XPO Logistics, Norbert Dentressangle, Christian Salvesen, NYK Logistics, and TDG, delivering strategic growth and operational excellence. Malcolm has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Dawsongroup since June 2025.

During his 40-year tenure with the Group, Stephen has overseen transformational growth, establishing Dawsongroup as a sector leader in asset leasing with a strong presence in the UK and internationally. As Non-Executive Chairman, Stephen will continue to work closely with the Board and Malcolm to support the Group’s corporate development and next phase of growth.
Stephen has been instrumental in the growth of Dawsongroup, and the Group would like to thank him for his long service and the significant role he has played in supporting the business.
