Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland Sponsors Pharma Industry Awards
Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland was delighted to sponsor the Pharma Industry Awards, Pharma Project of the Year – Small 2021 award category, one of the most prestigious awards of the night that took place on 27th April 2022. Due to Covid-19, the awards were postponed back in November 2021, so the event finally got back on its feet to gather the leading pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical suppliers in Ireland. Founded in 2014, the Pharma Industry Awards recognise the most original and innovative individuals or companies that demonstrate excellence in the Irish pharmaceutical industry. Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland was also shortlisted for an award, the Pharma Supplier of the Year award, so not only were they in attendance as a sponsor but also as a shortlisted finalist.
Shortlisted for Pharma Supplier of the Year
The Pharma Supplier of the Year award recognises the supplier that has provided a ‘best in class’ service, solution, product, or goods to Ireland’s pharmaceutical industry. Being shortlisted for a Pharma Industry Award is a huge achievement and it gave the Dawsongroup team the opportunity to showcase its strengths to the whole industry. Past winners comprise a ‘who’s who’ of the leaders driving the pharmaceutical industry in Ireland and the judges are drawn from academia, business, and broader related sectors. The standard was exceptionally high, with entries up 35%, and the Pharma Supplier of the Year award is one of the most competitive of the 27 award categories.
The award entry included a brief description of Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland, key projects delivered over the past 12 months, and the challenges during this period. Not only did the entry have to read well, but as part of the criteria, Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland needed to include visuals and evidence to back up the entry which included client testimonials, photos of projects, and some CSAT 2020/2021 results. Impressing the judges, Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland were shortlisted for the award and joined ten other excellent companies as the finalists. Unfortunately, Dawsongroup | TCS Ireland didn’t take the trophy on the night with A&C Bio Buffer being crowned the winners – big congratulations to them!
